In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

By accessing or using any part of the ink77 platform — including browsing the site, registering an account, depositing funds, placing a wager, or redeeming a promotional offer — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any product-specific rules published on the platform.

If you are accessing the ink77 platform on behalf of another person, you represent that you have full authority to bind that person to these terms. Accessing the platform on behalf of a person who does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Clause 3 is strictly prohibited.

4. You must not be registered as a problem gambler or have an active self-exclusion request on file with ink77.
5. You must not hold an existing ink77 account. Only one account per individual is permitted. Registration of a second account while a first account remains open — whether verified or not — constitutes a breach of these terms.
6. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

To access real-money features of the ink77 platform, you must create a personal account by completing the registration process in full and accurately. The following rules govern account registration:

• You must provide your real full name, a valid email address, a working Indonesian mobile phone number, and your date of birth. All information provided must be accurate, current, and complete.
• You must create a password of sufficient complexity. ink77 recommends a minimum of twelve characters combining upper and lowercase letters, numerals, and symbols. You are solely responsible for the security of your password.

KYC verification requires you to submit:

6.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method: Rp 10.000 for e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) and Rp 25.000 for bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata).
• ink77 does not charge deposit fees. Third-party fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are not the responsibility of ink77.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned, net of any processing costs incurred.
• ink77 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits that are unusually large or inconsistent with your account's established deposit pattern.

6.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible, as an anti-money-laundering safeguard.
• ink77 charges no withdrawal fees. E-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within minutes; bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours during business hours (07:00–23:00 WIB).
• Withdrawals can only be processed after your KYC verification is complete. Attempting to withdraw prior to completing KYC will result in the withdrawal request being held pending document submission.
• Withdrawal of bonus funds is subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Real-money funds not subject to any active wagering requirement may be withdrawn at any time.

• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus funds and wagering progress are forfeited if a withdrawal of real-money funds is requested while an active bonus is in progress, unless the promotion's specific terms state otherwise.
• All bonuses are subject to a maximum withdrawal cap unless the promotion explicitly states "uncapped." This cap applies to winnings derived from bonus funds only — your deposited real-money balance is not subject to any cap.
• ink77 reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements. Live casino games, certain slot titles, and sports bets may contribute at different rates. Full contribution rates are available in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting technical errors, placing offsetting bets across accounts, or systematically placing low-risk bets across qualifying games to fulfill wagering requirements — is strictly prohibited. ink77 may void bonuses and close accounts where abuse is detected.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new depositing members only — one per verified account. Existing members who create a second account to claim a welcome offer are in breach of both the bonus terms and Clause 4 of these Terms and Conditions.
• Promotional offers cannot be combined unless ink77 explicitly states they are stackable in the promotion terms.

The following general rules apply to all wagering activity on the ink77 platform across all product verticals:

• All bets are final once confirmed. ink77 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after the bet has been accepted by the system, except where ink77 identifies an obvious technical error or pricing error on its own initiative.
• ink77 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an incorrect price due to a technical error, manifest pricing error, or data feed malfunction. You will be notified and your stake returned promptly in such cases.

All intellectual property on the ink77 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, interface layout, written content, game integrations, software, and databases — is either owned by ink77 or licensed to ink77 by third-party providers. All rights are reserved.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the ink77 platform for any commercial purpose without express prior written consent from ink77. The trademarks, service marks, trade names, and logos displayed on the ink77 platform are the registered or unregistered marks of ink77 or their respective third-party owners. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use any of these marks without prior written approval.

ink77 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Personal data is collected only to the extent necessary to operate your account, process transactions, comply with KYC obligations, and deliver customer support.

ink77's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you to your ink77 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ink77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may trigger account action include, but are not limited to:

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Provision of false, forged, or misleading identity documentation.
• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including prohibited conduct outlined in Clause 9.

• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request.
• Periods of inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months — dormancy fees may apply as detailed in the account settings panel.

Where an account is closed for a reason other than a player's own breach of these terms, ink77 will return the remaining real-money balance (net of any outstanding amounts owed to ink77) to the player's verified payment method within 10 business days. Bonus funds are not returned upon account closure.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms by the player, ink77 may forfeit some or all of the account balance, including real-money funds, at its discretion, depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

ink77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe environment for all players. The following player-protection tools are available to all account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from the Account Settings panel. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold for a defined period. Once reached, further wagering is suspended for the remainder of the period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Request a temporary account pause of between 24 hours and 6 months. During this period, login and deposit functionality is suspended.

Your continued use of the ink77 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your account and withdraw your remaining balance before the effective date of the change.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law as determined by the jurisdiction in which the ink77 operating entity is incorporated. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

16.1 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the ink77 platform, you agree to first contact ink77's customer support team via live chat or email to seek an informal resolution. ink77 will respond to all formal disputes in writing within five business days.

16.2 Formal Escalation. If the dispute is not resolved informally within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter to binding arbitration conducted in English by a mutually agreed arbitrator. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

16.3 Language. All dispute correspondence, submissions, and resolutions shall be conducted in English. ink77 provides Indonesian-language support for customer service purposes, but English is the governing language for all formal legal matters arising from these terms.
